The Foundation’s first seminar on Three Levels of Training Evaluation was held last 21st of June 2019 at the Training Center. It was facilitated by the Foundation’s Executive Director Mr. Gerald V. Legaspi and was attended by 18 of La Rose Noire Philippines managers and trainers from its various departments.

One of the objectives of this seminar is to explain the importance of assessing training programs and learning interventions against the needs of an organization as well as to aid the attendees in developing an evaluation plan guided by an evaluation logic and key evaluation questions.
