On-The-Job
TRAINING
for La Rose Noire Foundation Scholars
The last phase of the Bread and Pastry Production NCII Course is the provision of on-the-job training (OJT) to our students. This allows them to gain experience working in situations very similar to those they will encounter on a daily basis. It will also help them to learn and practice their job while still in training by providing firsthand knowledge and experience performing tasks related to the job. The OJT will also give them specialized training on how to use the equipment and have hands-on training in the workplace, which in turn will help our students feel more confident in their skills and prepare them for their specific roles and working conditions.
