We provide scholarship programs to deserving Out-Of-School Youth who are financially unable to continue their studies on higher education.
Students who qualify to this program become scholars of La Rose Noire Foundation Training Center and receive a 6-month free vocational training course facilitated in partnership with Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - the country’s accrediting body for technical schools and institutions.
The scholars also get to enjoy a fully-subsidized lodging at the dormitory, daily meals, complete uniforms, transportation, and monthly allowance.
MENTORING
PROGRAM
Our students have the opportunity to meet and engage with La Rose Noire Managers and Supervisors across various departments, allowing them to share experiences and insights. Additionally, they receive life coaching from our Managers, fostering personal growth and helping them build meaningful connections with one another.
CAREERS
AFTER THE PROGRAM
During the course of 6 months, our students receive an intensive program to prepare them in landing a career in baking and pastry production.
After graduating, they are introduced to leading hotels and restaurants, which help them kick-start their career. The students are monitored by LRN Foundation on their whereabouts, their current careers, and role in the food industry.
