As part of Sindalan High School’s Moving Up Ceremony last April 2, 2019 at Sindalan San Fernando, Pampanga, Mr. Gerald V. Legaspi, LRN Foundation Administrator delivered a speech focusing on Youth Empowerment as the event’s Guest Speaker. In addition to his speech, he was also able to promote La Rose Noire Foundation- its programs and services as well as the Flagship Scholarship Program to the more than 500 students, parents and guests.
