A total of 90 youths coming from different provinces such as Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac and Bataan went to La Rose Noire Foundation for 2nd Scholarship Orientation for Class 8 for scholarship program last October 12, 2019. As usual, orientation on La Rose Noire Foundation concept Aptitude Test and applicants’ interviews were conducted.
