A special baking activity was held for the delegates of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Angeles City as part of the Foundation’s support to its affiliates last 21st of September 2018. A total of 27 delegates were in attendance. A hands-on training on plaited soft roll was presented and demonstrated by Chef Peter D. Suter while Chef Irene Kaye M. Gonzales facilitated a demonstration on pate a choux making.
