A root cause analysis seminar entitled “Problem Solving and Decision-Making” was facilitated by the Foundation last August 25, 2018 at the Training Center. The seminar was held in partnership with the Hotels and Restaurant Association of Pampanga (HARP) aiming to guide the participants of the event in finding solutions to problems they encounter in their respective fields and organizations using the concept of Pareto Principle. A total of 41 participants were in attendance including representatives of HARP members, manpower agencies and La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. employees.
