A memorandum of agreement (MOA) was signed by the LRN Foundation Administrator, Mr. Gerald V. Legaspi and Hotels and Restaurants Association of Pampanga (HARP) President Ms. Mitch Otsuru-Park during HARP’s General Membership meeting last 15th of June 2018 at the Prime City Resort Hotel in Angeles City. The MOA confirms HARP’s support for the Foundation’s scholars through their endorsement to the latter to their member establishments for the scholars’ on the job training and possible employment.
