Mr. Eric S. Trinidad and Ms. Christa Jensine G. Sagcal, representing La Rose Noire Foundation Inc., visited the City POPGAD Office last March 6, 2024, to discuss the enhanced partnership and possible recipients of the upcoming book donation. City POPGAD Officer Charlo G. Costales discussed the office's future programs, particularly the Adolescent Health Programme (AHD). They also visited the Teen Information and GAD Resource Center (TIGRC), a safe space for adolescents set to launch in March 2024 as part of the National Women's Month Celebration.
