Livelihood at local communities in Angeles, Philippines

La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. held another livelihood training for the benefit of Barangay Sto. Domingo community members last June 11, 2021. The attendees learned basic churros and donut making as well as basic baking techniques. A total of 20 community members were in attendance and received starter packs from the Foundation.
The activity was held in partnership with International Skills Training Academy (ISTA) and was facilitated by La Rose Noire Training Center Inc.’s resident chefs- Irene Kaye Gonzales and Jemar Bernardino.
