Representatives from DSWD Region I office and various social welfare agencies from the same region conducted a learning visit at the LRN Foundation last 19th of September 2019.

The visit aims to showcase the core values achieved by La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. to the youth and community in Central Luzon as well as to present the journey of the Foundation in achieving the Level 3 accreditation (CENTER OF EXCELLENCE) as a community-based agency.
