To continue its quality delivery of programs and services, La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. formally renewed its Certificate of Registration and License to Operate from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) last April 19, 2023.

DSWD, represented by Ms. Paulean R. Hechanova and Ms. Sarah Maglalang of the Standards Section of DSWD Field Office III facilitated the assessment visit of the Foundation last April 19, 2023. Both registration and license to operate was successfully renewed and awarded 21st of April and 5th of May 2023 respectively.
