There was a Memorandum of Agreement signing between the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office III—Central Luzon and La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. on January 8, 2024.

DSWD Field Office III Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela led the formal agreement alongside Foundation Manager Mr. Eric S. Trinidad, MPM.

The agreement aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of qualified beneficiaries from poor communities and marginalized sectors of society by providing livelihood trainings such as Bread and Pastry Production NC II.

The activity also involves Mr. Armont C. Pecina, Assistant Regional Director for Operations. Ms. Maribel M. Blanco, the Assistant Regional Director for Administration, and Ms. Vilma R. Serrano, the Chief of the Promotive Services Division, are also involved in the activity.

The agreement is also expected to open up a range of opportunities to improve the skills and knowledge of program participants tailored to the needs of a wide range of industries, businesses, and employment.
