La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. has recently been granted its Level 3 Accreditation – Center of Excellence by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) last August 22, 2019. The Foundation has undergone audit from the agency last 23rd of July 2019 and facilitated by Ms. Luisa Aquino, Technical Auditor of DSWD Standards Bureau.

Having a Level 3 Accreditation is a representation that an organization has reached a standard of excellence which includes but is not limited to filled staffing positions, state-of-the-art facilities, enhanced Manual of Operations (MOO), regular submission of reportorial requirements, as well as long-term strategic plans.
