Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) – Food Safety Seminar

A Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Orientation Seminar was held for the fourth batch of scholars last February 20, 2018 at the Training Center. The seminar was facilitated by Mr. Reiner Jose B. Ortuoste, LRN Quality Assurance Department QA Officer. The seminar was tailored to focus on food safety so as to align more on the students’ main course which is Bread and Pastry Production.
