To provide a possible alternative or supplemental source of income for those affected by the pandemic in the agricultural sector, La Rose Noire Foundation held a livelihood activity for farmers and fisherfolks of Guagua, Pampanga. La Rose Noire Training Center Inc.’s Chefs Irene Kaye Gonzales and Jemar Bernardino headed the activity where the attendees learned basic baking skills.
