As head of the Pampanga chapter of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Area-Based Standards Network (ABSNet), the Foundation hosted its second quarter meeting last May 7, 2019. The program was led by DSWD Standards Unit Field Office III focal person, Ms. Kamille Laxamana and was attended by representatives of their member organizations such as Widus Foundation, Inc., Ima’s Home for Children, Lost Coin Ministries Foundation, Fresh Hope for Families, Inc., Casa Miani, Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth, Duyan ni Maria as well as guest organizations such as Life Coach.

Part of the program is a discussion on DSWD’s Sustainable Livelihood Programs facilitated by Mr. Ferdinand Jorge Canlas and Mr. Zepeherinos Co of DSWD Standards Unit Field Office III as well as a talk on Emergency Preparedness facilitated by Mr. Benedict Quiambao of La Rose Noire Philippines Safety, Health and Environment Department.

The Social Welfare Development Agency (SWDA) members Kapampangan Manalakaran, Inc. (KAMAI) and ICC Philippines also had the chance to present their programs and services during the event.
