COMMUNITY-BASED TRAINING AT BRY. CACUTUD, MABALACAT CITY AND BRGY. CUAYAN, ANGELES CITY

On February 1–2, 2024, La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. conducted a community-based training for the out-of-school youth of Brgy. Cacutud, Mabalacat City, and solo parents of Brgy. Cuayan, Angeles City. The attendees learned the basics of churros. A total of 50 participants were in attendance and received starter packs from the Foundation.
The Solo Parent Association of Brgy. Cuayan, Angeles City, and Sanguniang Kabtaan of Mabalacat City collaborated to hold the event. The training was facilitated by La Rose Noire Training Center, Inc. Ms. Irene Kaye G. Kim, the training officer, and Mr. Jemar Bernardino, the livelihood trainer, conducted the training.
