As part of the last phase of its selection process, the Foundation held its Immersion Program last June 2019. The 40 candidates were divided into 3 groups- Immersion A which was held from June 4-7, Immersion B, June 11-14 and lastly Immersion C held from June 18-21.

Crash courses on Housekeeping and the 5S, Basic English, Basic Hand Kneading and activities such as Banig ng Buhay and Personality Analysis Workshop were held in order for the Foundation to gauge and observe each candidate.
