Class 7 Baking Assessment with the Board of Trustees

October 29th, 2019

Foundation’s Chairman of the Board, Mr. Gerard Dubois and Executive Director, Mr. Roger Geisser, together with Mr. Stephen Warren and Chef Terrence Chan facilitated the Students’ Assessment last October 29, 2019 at La Rose Noire Training Center. The Class 7 prepared English Tin Bread, Chocolate Mousse Dome, Mango Mousse Dome, Baguette, Cream Puffs, Raisins and Walnut Paysan, Hot Cross Buns, Chocolate Pate Choux, Marble Cheesecake for this activity.
