On December 21, 2023, and January 16, 2024, a total of 40 youths from various provinces, such as Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Bataan, and Olongapo, went to La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. for the scholarship orientation for Class 15. Orientation for the La Rose Noire Foundation concept aptitude test and applicant interviews took place as usual.
