The first group of applicants for the fourth batch of scholars has undergone its one week immersion last November 27-December 2. The five-day immersion is still a part of the selection process for the scholarship program. This set of activities which includes basic dough hand-mixing practice, basic English conversation, Housekeeping seminar and the likes aims to gauge and check the applicants’ skills and determination to continue on with the six months training.
