Batch 3 Scholars Bread and Pastry Production NC II Assessment
January 5th, 2018
The assessment for the National Certification from TESDA for the Foundation’s 3rd batch of scholars was held January 5 and 6, 2018. The scholars were required to successfully finish 4 recipes within a limited period of time. Recipes included in the assessment were Chiffon Cake, Lemon Meringue Pie, Cream Puff and Dinner Roll. The assigned assessor was Ms. Cristina R. Rivera from TESDA-GPSAT. All 18 scholars passed the assessment with flying colors.
