In partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Provincial Offices of Pampanga and Bulacan, the Foundation held a Baking forum which aims to strengthen partnership with TESDA Region III by sponsoring skills training on bread and pastry production last 29th of March 2019 at the Training Center. Attendees included representatives from Academia de San Lorenzo, Global City College, PSAU, Tomas Dizon Foundation, West Central Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Clark College, Macabebe Hidden Paradise Training Center, PLTC Bulacan, Philippine Academy of Technical Studies, Provincial Livelihood Training Center, Headwaters College, Richwell Colleges and Next Generation Technological College.

The program started off with a tour of the La Rose Noire Timeline and Museum followed by the Training Center facility tour and finally a baking demonstration and the actual hand-on training on mini baguettes and chiffon cake respectively.
