As a constant in the Foundation’s activities for each batch of scholars, the 4th Mentoring Workshop was held last 6th of February to prepare the would-be mentors for their task in Supporting and guiding their mentees. A brief discussion of what mentoring is and its benefits was held before an official match-up activity was done. The match-up activity was held by stationing each mentor to a specific place while the mentees roam to search for a potential match. Each pair would then have 4 minutes to talk to each other before switching to another partner. Each mentor and mentee would then be asked to list their top 3 choices as mentee and mentor.
