December 15, 2016 marked an important milestone for La Rose Noire Foundation as it celebrates the completion of the first batch of students under the foundation’s scholarship program.

Guests who attended included La Rose Noire’s owners, Mr. Roger Geisser and Mr. Gerard Dubois, the scholars’ mentors as well as Ms. Jenica Dunglao from the TESDA Provincial Office who delivered a very inspiring message for the graduates during her speech as the event’s special guest speaker.
