La Rose Noire Foundation will be the leading benefactor in serving and uplifting the lives of the underprivileged youth of our society to become highly productive and promoting competitive individuals in the educational and industrial community.
Our mission is to promote the upliftment and well-being of the poor and marginalized sectors of communities in or around its area of operations by extending grants to the youth in support of its charitable, educational, and social welfare programs.
The Challenge

About 9% of the estimated 3.6 million out-of-school youth cannot afford further education, partly the reason to the detriment of the country’s economy and the outlook of young people with meager life skill.
Scholarship is the giving of opportunities to the youth of low-income families to acquire a fully subsidized education and training and to enjoy other activities which contribute to their developmental needs.
