A forum focusing on bread and pastry production and barista was held last 27th of March 2018 at the Training Center. Participants were representatives, senior high school teachers and members, of the Department of Education offices in Angeles and Mabalacat. Activities included a demonstration and discussion of the basics of baking and coffee making as well as an actual hand mixing and dough plaiting.
