An Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training was conducted last 27th of July 2018. The event was headed by La Rose Noire Philippines’ Safety, Health and Environment Department and was facilitated by Mr. Rolando Zafra, LRN PH SHE Department Manager, Mr. Benedict Quiambao, LRN PH SHE Department Supervisor and Safety Officer and Mr. Rudyard Ammog-ao, LRN PH Internal Security Manager. The Foundation scholars and faculty were joined by employees of LRN PH for a day of lectures, hands-on training and indoor and outdoor demonstration on activities such as evacuation and fire drills, proper handling and usage of fire extinguishers, basic first aid and the likes. The training is part of the organization’s effort to educate and hone the scholars’ knowledge on emergency preparedness and skills.
