The Foundation held another session of its Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving Seminar last 10th of May 2019 and was facilitated by Mr. Gerald V. Legaspi, La Rose Noire Foundation’s Executive Director. The seminar was held in partnership with the Hotels and Restaurant Association of Pampanga (HARP) aiming to guide the participants of the event in finding solutions to problems they encounter in their respective fields and organizations using the concept of Pareto Principle.

A total of 27 participants were in attendance including representatives of HARP members, manpower agencies and La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. employees.
