A seminar entitled “Basic Sign Language Seminar was held last December 06, 2019 at La Rose Noire Training Center for the benefit of LRNPH Personnel from different departments for effective communication with mute and deaf peers. The event was facilitated by the Executive Director of International Children’s Advocate, Ms. Araceli H. Menor and her team. Attendees from the said seminar were taught about sign language of alphabets, numbers, days, greetings, basic interview and question & answer.
